The DataGarden · Geo Sales
See every shop that could sell your brand, and which ones already do.
Geo Sales works in two parts. First, public market data shows where your brand is sold today and how that compares with your competitors. Then, combined with your own sales, a model predicts what every region and shop could sell, so you know where to grow next.

Where your brand is sold today
Every shop in your category, the brands it carries and your competitors' dealer networks. Your coverage, overlap and white spots per region, city and shop.
What every region and shop could sell
Your own sales teach the model what drives them. It predicts a € potential per region, city and shop, and ranks the shops to win next.
Distribution · out of the box · no sales data needed
How does your network compare?
Everything in this part runs on public market data that we collect and enrich with AI: every shop in your category, the brands each one carries, competitor dealer networks and the people living in each region. Coverage, overlap and white spots, per region, city and shop. You choose your brand and your competitors; you do not share anything.
Compare to your competitors
You decide who they are.
Your competitors are not the whole category. Pick the brands you actually meet on the shop floor, and Geo Sales measures you against exactly that set: your reach next to theirs, the shops you share, the shops that carry them and not you, and how both store networks moved over the past year.

Store-finder locations over time
Locations listed on each brand's own store finder, per quarter · bars on a 0–270 scale
Real figures from the live Geo Sales dashboard: van Moof and six competitors in the Dutch bicycle market, October 2026. Redrawn in this page's style.
Ranked against your set
"3rd of 4" means something when you chose the other three. Rankings, averages and gaps are all measured against the brands you picked.
The gap is your prospect list
Shops that already sell a competitor you named and not you are the warmest leads you have. POS by POS lists them, shop by shop, with their addresses.
Change the set any time
Compare against premium brands this morning and against price fighters this afternoon. Every view, map and export follows the set you choose.
Part 1 · down to the shop
From every region down to one shop's door.
Two views answer the questions a sales team asks every quarter, with DataGarden data alone: where you are under-represented, and which shops to win.
Where do you lead, and where are you losing ground?
Every province or city side by side: your shops, your reach per 10,000 inhabitants, your place among the competitors you chose, and the whole market around you.
- Ranking against your own competitor set
- Competitor reach at the scale of one brand

Which shops should your reps visit next?
Every shop in scope sits in exactly one group: selling you, selling a competitor you named and not you, or neither. The middle group is your prospect list, ranked by how many of your competitors each shop already carries.
- Three groups that always add up to the whole market
- Sorted over the full list, not one page
- Full address under every shop name
- Export up to 5,000 shops to your CRM

Potential · a project trained on your own sales
What could every region and shop sell?
Part one shows where you stand. Part two shows what it is worth. Add your own sales, through your dealers and online by postcode, and our model learns what drives them. It then predicts a euro potential for every region, city and shop, including the shops that do not sell your brand yet. Your figures stay inside your project.
How the potential is calculated
Two inputs, two AI steps, one € potential per shop.
Inputs
Every shop in your cities
With the brands it carries, plus city, competitor and review data. The same data as part one.
Your network and your orders
Your dealer list, their sales, and your online orders by postcode. Nothing is needed from your dealers themselves.
GeoSales AI
Shop matcher
Matches your dealers to our shop locations on name, address and phone. A language model settles the hard cases, for a match rate of up to 99%.
Sales potential model
Learns from your real sales which local factors drive them, then predicts the potential of every district and shop, including shops that do not sell your brand yet.
Output
€ potential per shop
- Calibrated to your sales
- Ranked and comparable
- Per shop, district and city
- The drivers of your sales, made visible
The shop
Premium or e-bike focus, the urban brands it carries, test rides and workshop, opening hours and reviews.
The neighbourhood
Density, young professionals and income, commuting distances, bike parking and theft risk.
The competition
Other brands, their dealers and brand stores, bike shops nearby, shared-bike and lease offers.
Candidate signals. Each one is tested against your real sales in the pilot; only the ones that matter stay in the model.
Where is your potential?
Your sales next to the potential the model predicts for each region. Both add up from the shops they belong to, so the room left to grow is visible per province, city and retail chain.
- Potential per province, city, chain and shop
- Sales matched onto the shops we map
- A shop you did not report is a dash, never a zero
Your next dealer, shop by shop
The prospect list from part one, now ranked by predicted potential. The shops at the top carry a competitor, do not sell your brand yet, and are the ones the model rates highest.
- Sales and potential columns next to what each shop sells
- Sorted by potential over the whole list
- Sales and potential in the Regional report too

Proven in another category
The same model, a food brand in France.
For a consumer brand in Île-de-France and Grand Est, across specialty stores and supermarkets, we matched 568 existing outlets, enriched them with more than 50 regional signals and scored every point of sale, region and chain. The client now plans field visits on it and targets high-potential chains it does not serve yet.
Validated on the client's own sales data · pilot delivered within planning and budget · anonymised
Two ways to start
Start with your distribution. Grow into the potential.
Distribution analysis
- You share
- Nothing. We use your public store locator.
- You get
- Your network against your competitors per region, white spots, overlap, the map and shop lists.
Potential calculation
- You share
- Your dealer list, their sales, and your online orders by postcode.
- You get
- € potential per region, city and shop, ranked candidate shops, and the drivers of your sales.
Most teams start with the distribution analysis and add the potential once they see the value.
What is underneath
Numbers you can defend in a meeting.
Every count on screen comes from shops we can name and you can click. Where we hold no figure, the table says so instead of guessing.
- Shops
- Every point of sale in the category, de-duplicated across sources, with its address, brands carried and retail chain.
- Brands
- A shop sells your brand when it is a listed reseller or your own store, counted once. Offices and warehouses are not shops.
- Regions
- Provinces, regions and cities with their inhabitants, so reach compares per 10,000 people, not per square kilometre.
- Your data
- The sales you share for the potential model are visible only to your project. A missing value shows as a dash, never as zero.
- Access
- In the browser, or through our API for your own BI tools, with the same numbers in both.
Questions
What teams ask before they start
Which countries and categories do you cover?
We map shops for the category and countries you need. The bicycle market on this page covers six European countries; new markets are added on request.
Do we have to share our sales data?
Not for part one: the distribution analysis runs on public data alone. The potential calculation in part two is trained on your sales through your dealers and your online orders by postcode. That data stays inside your project and is never shown to anyone else.
Is the potential a sales forecast?
No. It is a ranking of where the headroom is largest. Added up, it assumes every relevant shop carries your brand, which no brand achieves. Use it to decide where your sales team goes first.
How is "selling our brand" decided?
A shop counts when it appears in your brand's reseller listing or is one of your own stores. Each shop counts once, whichever source found it.
Can we get the data out?
Every table exports to CSV in the order on screen, and the same figures are available through the DataGarden API.
See your network on the map, in 30 minutes.
We map your dealer network next to three competitors for one region of your choice. No data needed from you, no obligation.
